About the role
This position is for a greeter in the service department at Mandal CDJR. The service department is the heart of our dealership, and we are looking for someone who can greet and welcome our customers warmly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers arriving at the service area.
- Assist customers with their vehicles, directing them to the appropriate service bay.
- Answer general inquiries from customers.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
