Service Delivery Manager

About the role

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to ensure high quality, timely, and efficient service delivery across all platforms including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Mozilla Firefox.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of service delivery processes across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues affecting service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor service performance metrics and report on progress towards goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and delivering services across multiple platforms.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
