About the role
This role ensures high-quality, reliable operations of the MGHPCC's state-of-the-art HPC environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating delivery of compute and data services, working closely with facilitation and science support staff from Massachusetts AI Hub organizations, liaising with academic and industry stakeholders, overseeing performance monitoring and continuous improvement, and contributing to strategic planning and vendor management.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to strategic planning and vendor management
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technical service delivery for large-scale computing environments, preferably within HPC or advanced IT infrastructure
- Strong understanding of cluster operations, scheduling systems, and service performance management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive operational improvements
PREFERRED
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks
- Vendor coordination experience
- Familiarity with GPU or cloud-based infrastructure
