Area of Responsibility
- Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
- Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
- Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness
- Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in IT service delivery with significant focus on cloud and database operations management
- Team management skills, stakeholder management, vendor management
- ServiceNow ITSM, Jira, ITIL v4 practices
Preferred Skills and Experience
- AWS FinOps – Cost Governance
- Experience in finding automation opportunities in AWS Cloud and track till implementation
- Experience in conducting DR drills and handling real DR situations in AWS Cloud
Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
