About the role

Join Sparklight's Business Team as a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist!

Responsibilities

  • Manage new orders, enter customer data, schedule installations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers and sales associates, focusing on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
  • Enter orders in software platforms, coordinating with business customers, dispatchers, Level 3, and local office teams.
  • Manage multiple projects, including escalations, ensuring accuracy and detailed follow-through.
  • Create service tickets and use CRM tools for all orders.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in cable industry, particularly in C-LEC, I-LEC, and B2B preferred.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts like discounts, interest, percentages, commissions, ETFs, and ROI.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Intermediate skill in essential software applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong customer service skills with emphasis on phones and data entry.
  • High level of accountability and detail orientation.
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com and Single View, and understanding of ROI and beginner knowledge of port process.
