Job Description

Congratulations on joining Nile! We're thrilled to have you on board as a Service Delivery Engineer. Your role will involve supporting our field teams with technical design for wireless and wired networks, conducting predictive site surveys, and assisting with customer deployments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct predictive wireless surveys and provide detailed build of materials for deploying wireless and wired networks
• Generate a build of material (wired and wireless) for external teams to leverage for quoting
• Assist in migrating wired and wireless networks through conducting wired surveys
• Support customer deployments within your local region by conducting predictive and active wireless surveys and deploying Nile service
• Support our technical sales teams with wireless and wired designs
• Generate solutions guides, articles, and blogs around Nile's features, integration with firewalls, routers, RADIUS, DHCP, etc.
• Create presentations for training purposes
• Be the wireless and wired expert and support other teams with surveys
• Work cross-functionally with project managers, customers, and sales team to ensure successful deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science
• 5+ years’ experience in a computer networking-related field
• Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) or equivalent certification
• CCNA or equivalent certification
• Hands-on experience with Ekahau, Airmagnet, or similar products

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Wireless Analysis Professional (CWAP)
• Hands-on experience working with wireless and wired products from Aruba, Cisco, or Ruckus
• Experience conducting active Ekahau site surveys
