Service Delivery Engineer

What You Will Do

• Travel to customer sites to:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
  • Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
• Train customer operators and support production efficiency
• Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
• Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

Profile Description

• Up to three years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation positions
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
• Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
