We are seeking a motivated Staff Workflow Platform Engineer to help build, test and support enterprise workflow, orchestration and intelligent automation solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to workflow services, API integrations, platform components, testing and operational support while developing deeper expertise in modern automation technologies. This junior developer role is ideal for candidates who possess experience or practical exposure to at least one programming language, workflow platform, BPM technology, orchestration engine or low-code platform and are interested in learning across a broader ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance workflow services, workers, APIs, connectors and reusable platform components under team guidance.
- Implement assigned user stories using established architecture, coding standards and delivery practices.
- Configure BPMN processes, forms, business rules, human tasks and integration points.
- Support workflow deployment, versioning, monitoring and technical documentation activities.
- Contribute to automation solutions that use case management, business rules or event-driven workflows.
