Service Delivery Center - Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions that solve complex problems, enable smarter ways of working, and support mission-critical outcomes for EY teams and clients.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST and SOAP.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert by supporting complex issues, mentoring team members, and promoting platform standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core development components, including business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions aligned to industry-specific requirements.
• Exposure to advanced ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, SPM, IRM, or Security Operations.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions or integrations, such as conversational or automation capabilities.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,300 to $155,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
