Service Coordinator – Main Shop

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming service calls, requests, and service-related inquiries.
• Aid in coordinating and scheduling work for field service technicians, supporting efficient routing and customer communication.
• Confirm scheduling details with customers and provide status updates as needed.
• Open, update, and close work orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Order parts required for field service and shop repairs.
• Aid in repair quotes and incremental service estimates.
• Support timecard entry and administrative tracking for service personnel.
• Collaborate with CSA and other internal departments to meet service and customer needs.
• Provide coverage and support for other Service Department roles as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, pricing, and company information.
• Support supervisors in the timely closure of service calls and documentation.
• Remain flexible to work occasional after-hours coverage to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• College or technical coursework preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting field service, dispatch, or technical operations.
• Experience working with service management or ERP systems.

Pay

Pay Range: $26.00-$28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule

Occasional after-hours coverage to meet customer expectations.
