Service Coordinator

Schedule

• Schedule appointments for clients
• Answer phones and track clients’ service records

Collaboration

• Collaborate with service managers, office staff, sales staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers

Essential Duties

• Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources
• Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs
• Bill completed service SRs for local accounts
• Order any materials needed for the required service
• Interact with clients who are not satisfied
• Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
• Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients
• Monitor the services being provided
• Expand the list of resources and providers
• Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• High quality organizational skills
• The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
• The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Other Duties

• Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $23 - $29 per hour DOE
