About the role
This is an office-based position. Management of CHD files
Coordination of parts ordering and service work with both the factory and the clients
Scheduling client service appointments, customer new home walk throughs
Light service work
Filing of local permits.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Become a licensed notary with the state of Nevada within 6 months of employment
- Travel to and from customer property as inspections are called for and walk throughs are scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in office management and customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
Skills
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
