Key Responsibilities
- Aid customers with repair and service needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maximize efficiency in scheduling technicians' workloads.
- Inform customers and technicians about the status, cost, and timeline of repairs.
- Understand and communicate maintenance and repair needs for company and customer equipment.
- Create, track, review, and close service work orders.
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Lead and participate in toolbox and safety meetings.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment.
- Proficiency in standard computer programs like MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
- Experience working with heavy equipment, with crane experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
