Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid customers with repair and service needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maximize efficiency in scheduling technicians' workloads.
  • Inform customers and technicians about the status, cost, and timeline of repairs.
  • Understand and communicate maintenance and repair needs for company and customer equipment.
  • Create, track, review, and close service work orders.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Lead and participate in toolbox and safety meetings.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Proficiency in standard computer programs like MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience working with heavy equipment, with crane experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
