Service Coordinator
About the role
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and have excellent decision-making, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, in addition to the ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to work well independently as well as with a team. One to three years of prior experience in a service-related position, an associate degree in a related field is a plus and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technician schedules
- Manage service requests
- Ensure timely communication across customers, field teams, and internal departments
- Support the full lifecycle of service work, including setting up maintenance contracts, reviewing work orders, assisting with billing accuracy, and customer follow-up
- Maintain detailed records and coordinate documentation
- Streamline administrative processes to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with service sales, operations leadership, and technicians to enhance the customer experience and reinforce service excellence
