Service Center Team Manager

About the role

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading daily repair‑shop operations and supporting all Separation Service Center activities. You will have the opportunity to supervise workshop employees, provide technical expertise, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality repair processes, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. This is an onsite position located in Houston, TX. While we typically welcome applicants from all locations, currently, we are prioritizing candidates who reside in the US or have an established presence in the area; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily repair‑shop operations and provide hands‑on leadership on the shop floor.
• Support Order & Shop Coordinators, Team Leads, and field representatives with technical and operational guidance.
• Interpret engineering drawings, research repair history, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Drive capacity planning, training development, and employee performance.
• Ensure shop safety compliance, PPE usage, and completion of safety inspections.
• Lead and participate in ALPS, 5S, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
