Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing/supervising experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. You will focus on policy and business plan implementation for short-term results (1 year or less). Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational/Job Family Group results. Manage projects and processes that are moderately complex with little oversight.

What You'll Do

  • Manage/supervise experienced professionals
  • Ensure timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of the fleet for deployment
  • Audit and make recommendations to ensure facilities are operated and maintained in line with Global Service Centre Management Standards
  • Drive HSE issues through high personal involvement and visibility
  • Develop strong working relationships and good communications with stakeholders
  • Accountable for technician supervision and deployment through planning and scheduling

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an associate degree or relevant experience
  • 5-10 years' experience in planning, forecasting and managing service centers
  • Technicians
  • Knowledge of Power Generation, Coolers, Chillers
  • ERP and CRM knowledge
  • Professional and effective communication skills with a high level of self-motivation, energy, accountability, and commitment
  • Ability to prioritize and respond with the appropriate sense of urgency
  • Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions
