Service Cashier - Scheduler

About the role

This full-time Service Cashier – Scheduler position works Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with either Wednesday or Thursday off, plus Saturday 7:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer service appointments in person and by phone.
• Cash out customers after service, verifying totals and payments.
• Address customer concerns or escalate to the appropriate team member.
• Balance closed tickets and maintain a clean, organized cashier area at shift end.
• Cross-train in other dealership areas as needed; assist with rentals and direct customers to the correct service area.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior scheduling or receptionist experience.
