Responsibilities

• Own the Billing Process: Create accurate, timely invoices and ensure clients are thrilled with your efficiency.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Manage accounts receivable/payable, handle vendor invoices, and take the lead on customer collections.
• Make a Real Impact: Oversee National Accounts Billing, monitor costs, and contribute directly to the financial health of operations.
• Solve Problems, Drive Results: Collaborate with the Service GM and team to streamline processes, hit deadlines, and enhance customer service.

Requirements

• Experience & Energy: 2+ years in billing/AP/AR, ideally in construction or service industries, and a drive to excel.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office and 365.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $18.00 – $26.00.
