Service Authorization Specialist

Essential Responsibilities
- Track submission of all budgets to Service coordinators
- Track all service authorizations for assigned individuals in MMIS
- Receive and review all individual client budgets for Director review, completion and submission upon renewal
- Report any budgetary discrepancies in MMIS to the appropriate Director and VP in a timely manner
- Promote and enhance public relations with both the internal and external community through exemplary customer service with our Service Coordination partners
- Assist Directors with the development of the annual budget as needed
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Associates degree required with a minimum of 2 years of experience in office work required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems required
- Valid driver’s license and access to a safe operating vehicle during scheduled working hours
- $100,000/300,000 Automobile Liability Insurance
