We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections present: About the role? Not explicitly but we have description. Could treat "Major Responsibilities" as heading. Also "Qualifications". Also maybe "Working Conditions". Also "Starting Rate" and benefits info: we have pay and benefits. Should we create Pay section? The posting states Starting Rate: $22.00 Actual pay may vary... Additional compensation may apply. Also Eastern offers a robust benefits and retirement package. Please see description of benefits included... So we have pay and benefits info. According to rules: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here we have specific pay: Starting Rate: $22.00. That's specific. Benefits: robust benefits and retirement package, but not detailed. It says "Please see the description of benefits included with this job posting for additional information." That's not specific content; it's a reference. Should we include Benefits section? The rule: never create Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Eastern offers a robust benefits and retirement package." That's a statement but vague. Is that considered real specific content? It's not detailed but it's a statement about benefits. The rule says avoid filler/placeholder like "varies", "not specified". "robust benefits and retirement package" is somewhat vague but still a statement. Might be okay to include Benefits section with that sentence. However we also have pay specifics. Schedule: not mentioned. So no Schedule. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which headings to use based on content. We have: Starting Rate (Pay). Benefits. Major Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Qualifications. Working Conditions (maybe Requirements? but we can use Working Conditions as a heading? Not in list but we can still use

for any section heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we can use other headings as needed but likely they expect those. Working Conditions could be under Requirements or maybe we can treat as a separate section but not in list. Safer to incorporate Working Conditions into Requirements or maybe as a separate

but risk deviating. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are typical but not exclusive; we can still use others if needed. However they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Working Conditions into Requirements or Qualifications. We have qualifications list; we can put that under

Qualifications

. Responsibilities under

Responsibilities

. Pay under

Pay

. Benefits under

Benefits

. Possibly also a brief intro paragraph about the role (About the role) using

. The posting starts with "Starting Rate: $22.00..." then description of role. Could treat first paragraph as About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate etc. There's none. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details: Starting Rate, pay may vary, additional compensation may apply, robust benefits and retirement package, see description of benefits, Service Associates duties, Major Responsibilities bullet list, Account Representative Duties bullet list, Teller Duties bullet list, mixture of time, Qualifications bullet list, Working Conditions bullet list. We need to format lists with

  • . For each bullet list. We need to use

for prose. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. Benefits section: we have "Eastern offers a robust benefits and retirement package. Please see the description of benefits included with this job posting for additional information." That's somewhat generic but still substantive? It's a statement about benefits. I'd include Benefits section with that sentence. Pay section: Starting Rate: $22.00 Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors; additional compensation may apply. We'll put that in

    . Now structure:

    About the role

Service Associates are skilled in the duties of both a Customer Service Representative (sales on the platform), and Teller (transactions at the teller line).

Then Responsibilities: maybe combine Major Responsibilities, Account Representative Duties, Teller Duties, and mixture of time. We could have a single Responsibilities section with multiple
lists. But we need to preserve all details. Could do:

      Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities: Simultaneously performs the duties of a traditional branch customer service representative and teller, primarily in specific traditional branch locations where such a “hybrid” position is authorized.

      • Account Representative Duties: Works toward achieving specific individual sales and service goals through the following activities:
        • Opens deposit accounts
        • Prepares and processes loan applications for various lending units (mortgage, consumer, small business, etc.)
        • Closes loans for customers for applicable business lines (i.e. consumer lending)
        • Makes referrals to other bank business lines and third-party partners
        • Proactively reaches out, by phone and in person, to high-value customers in efforts to retain and grow the portfolio
        • Responsible for operational compliance and adherence to policy
        • Handles daily account maintenance and other service issues as necessary
        • Understands and provides support in achieving quarterly sales
      • Teller Duties:
        • Process deposits to customer accounts; includes verification of cash, verification of endorsements, and providing customers with receipts
        • Cash checks for customers and non-customers according to bank policy
        • Process and properly record the sale of monetary instruments (i.e. official bank checks)
        • Properly file all government-mandated reports related to large cash transactions and the sale of all monetary instruments
        • Process foreign currency purchases and sales
        • Process various types of loan payments and credit card cash advances
        • Relative to all duties, must adhere to all bank policies and procedures
      • Individuals in this position will have a mixture of time between platform and teller line. On some occasions more time might be spent on one side verses the other.
      But nesting
        inside
      • is okay but might be messy. Better to separate sections: maybe have subheadings? But we only allowed

for section headings; we could use

but not allowed? Not specified. Safer to keep flat lists. We could just have three separate
lists under Responsibilities heading, each preceded by a

          describing the category. Simplify:

          Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities: Simultaneously performs the duties of a traditional branch customer service representative and teller, primarily in specific traditional branch locations where such a “hybrid” position is authorized.

Account Representative Duties: Works toward achieving specific individual sales and service goals through the following activities:

Individuals in this position will have a mixture of time between platform and teller line. On some occasions more time might be spent on one side verses the other.

          Now Qualifications:

          Qualifications

          • Incumbent has the authority to use discretion in some circumstances, but if/when written policy is unclear or there is any uncertainty, the service associate should seek guidance from his/her immediate supervisor.
          • Incumbent must have the ability to work independently, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Individual should be an outgoing self-starter and be technically literate.
          • High school diploma or equivalent required

          • Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise) is a plus.
          • Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must.
          • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
          • Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization.
          • Ability to quickly learn all details about the products and services offered by the bank.
Working Conditions: Could be under Requirements or separate. Since we have no specific heading for Working Conditions, we could incorporate into Qualifications or maybe a separate

          Working Conditions

though not in examples but acceptable. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we could add a

          Working Conditions

          . It's substantive. Thus:

          Working Conditions

          • Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time without a break and with continuous customer contact.
          • Incumbent must be able to transport items weighing 15 pounds or more.
          Now Benefits:

          Benefits

Eastern offers a robust benefits and retirement package. Please see the description of benefits included with this job posting for additional information.

          Pay:

          Pay

Starting Rate: $22.00 Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors; additional compensation may apply.

Now About the role: we already have a paragraph earlier. Could also include the first sentence about Service Associates. Let's craft final HTML fragment:

          About the role

Service Associates are skilled in the duties of both a Customer Service Representative (sales on the platform), and Teller (transactions at the teller line).

Then Responsibilities etc. Make sure no extra text. Let's
