Service Associate

Primary Responsibilities

• Promptly turn over sauna rooms when guests exit, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next appointment
• Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
• Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
• Support Sales Associates with miscellaneous tasks, including sales and back-of-house duties
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
• Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests
• Use our software to manage appointments (MindBody software experience is a plus!)
• Answer phones and schedule leads, guests, and members
• Make outbound calls to leads, guests, and members
• Accommodate members, ensuring they feel relaxed and welcome
• Provide consistent, top-notch guest service
• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
