As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic computer skills including email and internet usage.
