Responsibilities

• Reviewing and billing out repair orders
• Answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments
• Backing up other team members in the busy Service department

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Ability to spend a large part of your workday seated at a desk
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Automotive / dealership experience preferred
