Service and Sales Route Representative

Responsibilities

• Work with hand tools and perform basic mechanic repairs on commercial dish machines in customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair these machines to ensure they function properly.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
• Collect customer payments and follow up to ensure accounts are current.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm with occasional overtime (average 43-48 hours/week).
• Available to work on-call after hours rotation of 4-6 days per month.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
