About the role
This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route.
Responsibilities
- Service customers in the greater Portland/Southern Washington area
- Restock chemical products
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers
- Build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Previous experience with commercial dishwashing equipment
- Knowledge of chemical products and their applications

Benefits
- Annual pay range is $60-$65k annually with hourly rate of $24/hr with overtime and on call bonuses
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, typical work week of 45+ hours
- On-call rotation: Roughly every 8-10 weeks
