Operates and maintains tools and equipment

Physical Labor
- Handling tasks involving physical labor, as needed
Responsibilities
- Travels to work sites in their vehicle to complete required tasks and projects
- Maintains a clean job site to eliminate possible hazards
- Ensures proper safety rules, regulations, and incident reporting are followed
- Organizes building material; loads and unloads trucks
- Assists workers on Service & Maintenance assignments
- Reads instructions, specifications, or plans to determine work activities
- Works safely, adhering to all aspects of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program for self-protection and protection of co-workers, sub-contractors, the public, and the client by supporting all Company safety efforts
Education, Skills, And Experience
- Knowledge of general trades: plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring and roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess tools required to perform job functions
- Organized and dependable team player with solid communication skills
- Professional and results-driven
- Friendly and positive attitude towards change
- Able to identify a need, remove barriers, and have the know-how to make things happen

- Good common sense and applied logic
