Service and Logistics Manager

About the Role

Timescapes is seeking a Service and Logistics Manager to join our growing team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and can manage the entire process of getting our cameras from the warehouse to construction sites and back, including inventory management and installer partner coordination. We're looking for a hands-on problem solver with a strong focus on customer experience, reliability, and a high level of care.

Timescapes provides visual progress tracking solutions for complex construction projects, simplifying construction through shared visibility. Our rapidly growing company is used by major construction firms across New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the United States.

Responsibilities

• Remote Implementation and Relocation Support: Coordinate field services, review camera locations, facilitate installations, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
• External Partner Collaboration: Recruit, onboard, and manage third-party installer partners, ensuring adherence to standards and performance reviews.
• Inventory Management & Supply Chain: Maintain regional inventory accuracy, manage camera traceability, assemble and refurbish hardware, and forecast demand.
• Shipping, Logistics & Trade Compliance: Handle shipping, customs clearance, RMA processes, and carrier relationships.
• Performance & Commercial Accountability: Manage service delivery margins, track operational KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• SIM Card/Cellular Management: Ensure proper functionality and support for SIM cards and cellular tasks.

Requirements

• Legal right to live and work in the USA.
• 2-3 years of experience in field services, logistics, or customer service/service delivery.
• Strong computer skills (Google Suite and HubSpot preferred).
• Experience in inventory management or supply chain, ideally with an ERP system.
• Experience managing contractors or third-party service providers.
• Comfort with budgets, margins, and KPI reporting.
• Construction industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment ideal.
• Clear communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field services, logistics, or service delivery.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo a plus).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
