Service and Delivery Driver

About the role
We are hiring newly experienced and seasoned delivery drivers for a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position that offers career growth opportunities. Drivers are responsible for delivering product safely and professionally using company vehicles, assisting with warehouse inventory maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies.
- Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
- Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
- Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
- Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable per company policy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
- Wear a clean and laundered uniform provided by NTW.
- Operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently as needed.
- Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
- Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Perform other duties as requested or needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience; box truck and/or delivery experience preferred.
- 1+ years of no at-fault accidents and a clean MVR.
- Maintain a current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven for company business.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while bending and twisting; ability to occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.
Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.
Pay
Starting pay: $20.00–$23.50 per hour, dependent on experience. Sign-on bonus: $1,000.
