Service and Delivery Driver

About the role
Start a career, not just a job! We are hiring newly experienced and seasoned delivery drivers. Our Service and Delivery Drivers deliver product in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles and assist with general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse. This full-time position offers career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies
- Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested
- Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
- Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
- Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable per company policy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area
- Wear a clean and laundered uniform provided by NTW
- Operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently as needed
- Perform other duties as requested or needed
Requirements
- Safety-first mentality
- 1+ years of experience, box truck experience, and/or delivery experience preferred
- 1+ years of no at-fault accidents; clean MVR
- Maintain a current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while bending and twisting; occasional lifting of more than 50 lbs
- Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations
- Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
- Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre-employment screenings
