About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently according to TBC policies
  • Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested
  • Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
  • Securely handle COD (cash or check) as required by company policy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area
  • Provide exceptional customer service based on our People Focused Values
  • Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed
  • Perform other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience, preferably in box truck or delivery experience
  • 1+ years of no at-fault accidents, clean MVR
  • A current driver's license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business
  • Able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs
  • Able to complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations
  • Able to abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws

Pay and Schedule

Starting Pay: $20.50 - $23.50 based on experience
