About the role

Start a career—not just a job! This full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position offers opportunities for career growth within a respected international company. You’ll deliver products to customers in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles, while also assisting with warehouse inventory maintenance and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously within TBC policies.
  • Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
  • Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
  • Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
  • Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable per company policy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
  • Wear a clean and laundered uniform provided by NTW.
  • Operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently as needed.
  • Perform other duties as requested or needed.

Requirements

  • Safety-first mentality.
  • 1+ years of experience (box truck and/or delivery experience preferred).
  • 1+ years of no at-fault accidents; clean MVR.
  • Current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven for company business.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively (bending and twisting) and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.
  • Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
  • Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Employment contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre-employment screenings.

Pay

Starting pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience.
