Service Analyst I, Dealer & Investor Services

About the role

The SIDCO Dealer and Investor Services Team has an opening for a representative to provide support and service for prospective and current investors, financial intermediaries and the marketing efforts of our various mutual fund and alternative investment clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and correspondence, making outbound calls in support of outbound call campaigns, completing dealer agreement requests, and other team projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound call and correspondence requests
• Aid in the dealer agreement process
• Participate in periodic Dealer and Investor Services team initiatives, projects, and training
• Stay updated with industry knowledge and best practices to effectively communicate with investors and intermediaries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year industry-related experience, with prior contact center experience or brokerage experience preferred
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 required, or must be able to obtain within 90 days
• Experience with Excel and SharePoint is a plus
