Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Service Advisors
- Coach team members daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Create a positive, high-energy work environment
- Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Help develop team members both personally and professionally
- Monitor daily performance and coach for continuous improvement
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and urgency
- Work closely with service technicians and dealership leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- College graduate preferred
- Leadership experience in any industry is a plus
- Automotive experience is not required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Schedule Full-time
- Five-day work week Saturdays required
- Closed Sundays
Pay
$66,000 - $84,000 annual salary
