Service Advisor (Parsons)

Mike Carpino Ford is a locally owned Ford dealership that values professionalism, positivity, teamwork, and honesty. We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in scheduling appointments, communicating vehicle maintenance and repair information to customers, reviewing service history, and providing accurate cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, technicians, and wholesale customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure exposure to the full product line.
• Carry out additional tasks to leave a positive impression on customers.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries to meet customer needs effectively.
• Determine part availability; if not in stock, submit overnight orders as requested by customers or advisors.
• Ensure daily inventory or technicians' time is consistently sold to customers.
• Set up part orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor when working with customers and co-workers.
• Keep a tidy workspace and maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
