Service Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor responsible for promoting all products and services, managing customer interactions, and assisting with shop workflow. They greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend appropriate services, clearly communicating estimates and updates. The role involves documenting customer needs, promoting sales, handling billing procedures, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. The position requires prior experience as a Service Advisor, in sales, customer service, or automotive fields, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a professional appearance. A minimum of five days per week including Saturdays is expected. Key duties include customer greeting, vehicle inspection, service recommendation, quoting, cashing out, follow-up, and tracking parts and warranties. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, combining hourly pay with commissions.
