About the role
At MCKINNEY BUICK GMC, our Service Team is integral to our dealership's success, with Service Advisors serving as the key points of contact for our service customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality, and enjoys helping others.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of customers in the Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by handling additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, both via phone and in person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled.
- Ensure consistent sale of technicians' time to service customers each day.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards.
Qualifications
- An organized and friendly personality with a professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
- Time management skills.
- Fantastic communication skills with customers.
- A clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- A valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old.
