Service Advisor - Friendship Honda of Boone

Friendship Automotive is an award‑winning, customer‑focused automotive group with locations in four states. We’re seeking a Service Advisor to join the team at Friendship Honda of Boone. Ideal candidates are reliable, self‑motivated, and enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information.
• Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns.
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services.
• Monitor the service process and update customers frequently.
• Communicate completed services and charges to customers.
• Verify invoices and repair orders.
• Assist the Service Manager as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
