Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow-up time
- Maintain track of each vehicle's progress throughout the day and update customers frequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
