Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Establish follow-up time
• Maintain track of each vehicle's progress throughout the day and update customers frequently
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

• Previous customer service experience
