Job Description
Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care.
Listen to concerns and document repair needs accurately.
Translate technical information clearly and honestly.
Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle's visit.
Collaborate with techs to ensure timely service.
Upsell maintenance plans, warranties & service specials.
Finalize repair orders and ensure full customer satisfaction.
Follow up after service to build long-term relationships
Requirements
Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred).
Strong communication + problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease.
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs.
Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus).
High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus).
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
