Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service guests
  • Greet guests and build long-term relationships through trust and communication
  • Accurately write up repair orders and schedule service appointments
  • Clearly explain recommended services, maintenance, and repair needs
  • Provide timely updates on repair status and vehicle completion
  • Coincide closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Prepare estimates and review invoices with guests
  • Maintain accurate and detailed service records
  • Deliver a high-quality guest experience from check-in to delivery

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Automotive service advisor experience preferred (not required)
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Schedule

  • Full-time, 5-day work week
  • Sundays always off
  • Saturdays required / preferred availability strongly desired
