Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to promote and sell automotive products and services, assist in managing workflow, and serve as the manager on duty when needed.

Responsibilities

• greeting customers professionally
• documenting concerns
• inspecting vehicles
• recommending services
• providing accurate quotes
• updating customers on repair status
• ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up
• tracking returns and warranty parts
• performing other assigned duties

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• prior experience as a Service Advisor
• experience in sales, customer service, or automotive fields
• at least 18 years old
• valid driver’s license

Schedule

Must be able to work at least five days a week, including Saturdays.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, combining hourly pay with commissions.
