About the role
The Service Advisor/Sales is responsible for selling and promoting products and services by adhering to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally
- Listen to and document customer concerns
- Inspect vehicles
- Recommend appropriate services
- Provide accurate quotes
- Promote sales
- Update customers on service progress
- Handle transactions
- Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure satisfaction
- Track warranties and other related tasks
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Able to work a minimum of five days including weekends
- Prior service advisor experience helpful but not required
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work in a process‑driven environment
Pay
Up to $90,000 annually, combining hourly pay and bonuses.
