Service Advisor

About the role

Subaru of Missoula is a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility and we are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to add to our team. Our service department is a well-oiled machine – this is an excellent career opportunity for the right individual.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a stable work history, at least 1 year of automotive dealership service advising experience, and Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in establishing the service necessary for their vehicle
• Assign vehicles to appropriate technician
• Review completed and recommended services and repairs to customers
• Ensure all data is input correctly
