Service Advisor

About the role

Yreka Motors (Ford and Honda) is seeking an experienced Service Advisor with a stable work history, at least 1 year of dealership service experience, and strong computer skills. Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a HUGE PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and solutions
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage customer appointments and schedule repairs
• Use computer systems to track service history and manage inventory

Requirements

• At least 1 year of dealership service experience
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Reynolds & Reynolds systems

Qualifications

• Experienced in automotive diagnostics and repair
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
