About the role
Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, has an opportunity for a Service Advisor who will be customer service focused.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, fulfill their needs, and build a loyal customer base.
- Foster a positive and friendly environment.
- Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Strong telephone skills.
- Understanding of the tire and auto service industry is a plus.
- Dependable transportation.
- A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus.
