Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments
- Aid the Service Manager in managing and hiring technicians and service advisors
- Distribute work between technicians
- Prioritize required services
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
- Update customers during all points of service
- Provide loaners to customers
- Support owner inquiries, both phone and in person
Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays and some evenings
- Confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
- Time management skills and ability to work independently
- Not afraid of the word "No"
- Take direction well
- Like being part of a team
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Organized and friendly personality
- Dealership experience preferred
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus
