Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers
  • Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments
  • Aid the Service Manager in managing and hiring technicians and service advisors
  • Distribute work between technicians
  • Prioritize required services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
  • Update customers during all points of service
  • Provide loaners to customers
  • Support owner inquiries, both phone and in person

Qualifications

  • Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays and some evenings
  • Confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Not afraid of the word "No"
  • Take direction well
  • Like being part of a team
  • Technical automotive knowledge
  • Organized and friendly personality
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus
