Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor responsible for selling and promoting all products and services, managing customer interactions, and assisting in shop workflow. They greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend appropriate services, clearly communicating estimates and updates. The role includes documenting customer needs, promoting sales, providing accurate quotes, and conducting follow-up to ensure satisfaction. The Service Advisor also manages warranty parts, track returns, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor
• Experience in sales or automotive fields
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work at least five days a week, including Saturdays

Pay

Salary range of $50,000‑$80,000 per year, combining hourly pay and commission.
