About the role

The Service Advisor/Sales serves as the primary point of contact for clients, representing the shop with professionalism and integrity. They are responsible for greeting customers, documenting concerns, inspecting vehicles, and recommending services based on expertise. This role involves promoting products, providing accurate quotes, updating customers on service progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up. Adherence to company policies and proper documentation are essential. The position also includes tracking returns, warranty parts, and performing other duties as assigned.

Pay
