Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to promote and sell automotive products and services, ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• greeting customers professionally
• documenting concerns
• inspecting vehicles
• recommending services
• providing accurate quotes
• communicating clearly with customers about service needs and updates throughout repairs
• promoting sales of parts, accessories, and services while ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups
• tracking warranty parts, returns, and completing all customer transactions accurately, including explaining warranties and inspections
• performing other duties as assigned to support shop operations

Requirements

• must be at least 18 years old
• able to work five days a week including weekends

Qualifications

• prior experience helpful but not required
• professional appearance
• process‑driven mindset

Pay

Competitive salary from $75K to $90K annually plus bonuses.
