The Service Advisor/Sales Floater promotes and sells products and services across multiple locations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally
• Document concerns
• Inspect vehicles
• Recommend services
• Communicate additional suggestions
• Provide accurate quotes
• Track service progress
• Follow proper procedures during checkout
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups
• Monitor warranty parts and returns

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old, able to work a minimum of five days including weekends, with prior service advisor experience helpful but not required. Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment are essential.

Pay

Up to $80,000 annually, with competitive pay.
